Every woman wants to look her best at any given moment. And when you think about it, what’s wrong with that?
It’s absolutely fine to want to look good and feel good about yourself. You’re not doing it for others. You’re not doing it to attract anyone, let alone the wrong ones.
The last thing you want is to have to deal with a fuckboy who fell for your good looks. But on the other hand if he did, you’ll know how to handle it.
What I’m actually saying is, if you want to look good to feel good, here are the tips to help you achieve your goal:
- Pick out a perfect outfit
It doesn’t have to be straight from the runways. You can wear the most modern outfit you can find, but it won’t necessarily make you feel good.
The best tip on picking out an outfit is to wear what you want to wear at that moment. Dress according to how you feel. Because if you don’t feel comfortable in what you’re wearing, it will reflect on the way you act and look.
So, pick a perfect outfit, but perfect for the moment you’re in.
- Always have an emergency kit on you
You have to be ready for all situations which you can’t for see. Pack a few of the essential things for emergencies like band aids, safety pins and so on. You never know when you’re going to need some of those things.
Maybe your dress tears, and you need a pin to pin it back in an emergency just until you get home. If you pack an emergency kit, you’re going to be so happy that you won’t have to hide on your way home to get dressed into something else.
- Open your eyes up
You have to know the essential rules of make up and also in addition to that, always remember that less is more. Don’t throw a lot of makeup on your face because, truth to be told, it doesn’t make you prettier.
Put just a touch of eye shadow above your iris to open up your eyelids. Your eyes will look bigger and brighter. Just like you’ve just returned from a vacation fresh and full of life.
- Pamper yourself
Don’t be cheap when it comes to you. Give yourself everything you need. Take care of yourself physically and emotionally. If you’re healthy and relaxed, you’ll look that way.
If you’re frustrated and angry, you’ll look tired and worn out. Work on yourself. It’s not a selfish thing to do. If the thing you need is a weekly manicure, then do it. If you want to get your hair done, then do it. Do everything that makes you happy.
- A pink blush is your friend
Always have it somewhere handy. It works all year around, and it looks good on absolutely everyone. It’s the essential thing you have to have in your makeup kit.
The upside is that you can get it in any drug store, and there are various prices and brands. You can’t go wrong with any of them. Buy what you can afford, and you won’t be sorry.
- Nurture your face
There are a lot of tricks you can use to nurture and take care of your face and your skin. There are also a lot of expensive products that say they are the best.
But, you don’t need any of those expensive things. Go natural and for very little money get the best care you can. Use one tablespoon of baking soda and mix it with your gel face wash or cleansing milk.
Put it on your face and massage it for a few minutes then wash it out. Do this a few times a week, and your skin will be radiant and just beautiful.
- Drink water and sleep
This is not such a hard thing to do. Maybe it seems funny to you, but staying hydrated and drinking a lot of water, approximately 8 glasses per day, is what gives your body and your skin a perfect look.
Also, sleeping is one of the most essential factors that have impact on how you look. If you don’t get enough sleep, you’ll be tired and you’ll look tired. Having dark circles around your eyes can be dealt with, but looking like you haven’t slept in days can’t.
