  • Turmeric

In small amounts drink the salt water and do gargles. No need to swallow the water, you just must spit it out. You can repeat as many times as you like and thereafter take a rinse with salt water.

When someone is suffering from bad cough or cold it becomes really difficult to take a sound sleep but it is necessary that you rest and sleep.
